CANCELLATION POLICY: 50% Refund for cancellations received by 13 November 2024. No refund thereafter.
Members are encouraged to organize tables by contacting the office by email or post. Phone requests cannot be guaranteed. Additionally, individual seating requests will be honored as circumstances permit if the request is made by both parties by 2 December. Replies received after 2 December will be placed on a waiting list and honored as vacancies arise.
